About ISS – Ínclita Seaweed Solutions
ISS is an innovative and sustainable Portuguese marine biotech startup, dedicated to the discovery, development, production and commercialisation of sustainable and innovative ingredients derived from seaweeds, tailored to the needs of customers in cosmetics, nutraceuticals and pet care. ISS is a spin-off from CIIMAR and is well funded and supported by a lead investor which is a sizeable independent VC firm in Portugal with proven experience in successfully propelling Iberian startups into international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Logistics: Order management, receiving goods, stock organization, and distribution support.
- Human Resources Support: Administrative support, document organization, assistance with recruitment, and employee onboarding.
- Travel Management: Planning trips and booking transport and accommodation.
- Event Support: Assistance with decorations and internal events.
- General Administrative Management: Execution of cross-functional tasks, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Invoicing & Accounting: Processing, verification, and filing of invoices, as well as organizing accounting documents.
- Project Support: Administrative and documentary support for ongoing projects, ensuring the organization, control, and updating of respective files.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: High school diploma, preferably in an administrative field (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or human resources support roles.
- Skills: High organizational capacity, attention to detail, and versatility.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Work Style: Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, Excel, among others).
- Language: Proficiency in English (Mandatory).
